Junior Technical Support Specialist

Join our expanding team! We are looking for a full-time Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamically growing back-office team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical processing of business requirements and supporting development workflows.
• Implementation of advertising and other JavaScript-based codes.
• Testing and troubleshooting server-side scripts.
• Technical auditing of websites and providing optimization recommendations.
• Daily communication and technical support for our clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Confident proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work quickly and precisely.
• An open, team-player attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Patience and persistence for handling more repetitive, routine tasks.

Advantages:

• Deeper programming knowledge.
• Experience with any of the following tools:
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
  • WordPress
  • Google Ad Manager (GAM) / Google AdSense / Google Ads
